一、意思不同

1、get on：(同…)和睦相處，繼續做。

2、get in：當選，擠出時間做。

二、用法不同

1、get on：get是英語中使用最廣泛的動詞之一，可表示“得到某物”“到達某地”“處于某狀態”，還可表示“記住”“抓住”“打擊”“擊中”“殺死”“使受傷”“感染上(疾病)”“難住”“吃”“準備(飯)”“注意到”等多種意思。可用作及物動詞，也可用作不及物動詞，還可用作系動詞。

2、get in：get在表示“請求”“命令”“吩咐”“說服”某人做某事或使某人進入某種狀態時，可接以帶to的動詞不定式充當補足語的復合賓語，在表示“使得某事被做的”，可接以過去分詞充當補足語的復合賓語。

三、側重點不同

1、get on：get on上公交車，火車，有階梯，比較高的交通工具。

2、get in：get in一般指上小汽車，即car底盤比較低，不用費力抬腿。
