職責(zé)：

1、負責(zé)項目設(shè)備物資采購和統(tǒng)籌調(diào)配等管理工作，執(zhí)行完善設(shè)備采購和管理制度;

2、負責(zé)建立設(shè)備管理臺賬，及時跟蹤設(shè)備的使用情況;

崗位要求：

1、物資管理、物流管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)專科及以上學(xué)歷，1年以上施工行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗，優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生亦可;

2、具有高度的責(zé)任心，富有團隊合作精神。

3、工作地點：安徽省、浙江省、海南省項目部。

篇二

1. 根據(jù)銷售下達的采購申請單尋找供應(yīng)商，進行詢價，比價，議價;

2. 采購合同的簽訂與執(zhí)行、采購訂單下達與執(zhí)行，及時處理緊急采購任務(wù);

3 .根據(jù)采購申請，跟蹤各供貨商的生產(chǎn)備貨情況和交貨進度;根據(jù)采購合同與訂單的執(zhí)行情況，及時向相關(guān)部門反饋異常情況信息，保證客戶能夠及時收到貨物。

4. 收到貨后及時入庫、出庫，并做好采購及出庫銷售臺賬。

5. 跟蹤和催發(fā)發(fā)票及時的情況。

6. 采購、銷售合同的簽訂及文件的整理。

7. 與甲方材料負責(zé)人長期保持有效溝通，確保貨物質(zhì)量、數(shù)量及到貨時間;定期開發(fā)合格供應(yīng)商及采購新的產(chǎn)品。

Job description

Early involvement in the new project: working as the coordinator between the supplier and internal projectteam, in line with the project management process and the supplierdevelopment process, at the most extend secure the customer’ssatisfaction.

For the specified commodity, responsible forsourcing and pre select the potential suppliers.

Working closely with the quality department or SQE inpotential supplier development as well further improvement.

Supporting material planners and SQE in handling withsupplier at the escalation level stage.

In line with the company strategy and Purchasing departmenttarget, implement various activities and the negotiation with thesuppliers.

Suggest to improvement to the purchasing department aswell the supplier site.

Fully support sourcing supervisor in new project anddo some projects independent.

Must criteria

With minimum 3 years working experience in automotiveindustry as sourcing position or SQE

Can fluent English speaking and writing

Familiar with SAP system in connection with Purchasingfunction, or other ERP system

Strong skill in communication, team work, problemsolving, decision making, executive, taking responsibility.
