　　I am not sure from when I got used to listening radio while sleep. In the evening ,I like listening some talk programme, the host‘s gentle voice make me relax and feel safety. I often think over the day while listening the background light music. The host will share some feelings with you love ,friendship ,caree ,life and so on,I was moved lots of time,and fell asleep with tears.I often go to bed at 22:30,from then on I begin to listen teleplay which has been shown on TV ,although I can only listen the sound,but I always enjoy the interestings from guessing who they are and what they look like. I often fall asleep during listening.

　　During lunch and supper time,I listen radio too.But in the daytime ,I like listening music, some funny programme,such as comic dialogue,because music can make you peaceful ,I like thinking somthing while listening music,for example,what shall I do tomorrow;I have to call my familiy tonight;today is Chrismas ,I should send short message to my friends;I have to write my paper even though I hate this part ,and and.......It is said that listening english news programme is helpful to english skills, but I don‘t know,it is very tired to listen this kind of programme,some times I try to focus on it ,but a few minutes later I change the channle.I prefer to listening some english programmes near to daliy life,such as film,family,friends .

　　Gulangyu is an island separated from Xiamen city proper. It‘s like a garden on the water. The shade of the trees covers nearly the whole island. Cars, buses, bikes are not allowed to drive there. Everyone should walk. This makes the place very quiet so that music played by the violin or the piano can be heard here and there. It is the famous "Home of Music".

　　The Sunshine Rock is the highest place on the island, so it has become the symbol of Gulangyu. Standing at the top of the Sunshine Rock, one can see the landscape of the whole Xiamen ands other small islands. The sky and the sea meet on the horizon. It‘s said that people can see clearly the Jinmen Island through telescope when the sun is shining. There are gentle waves on the sea and lots of people are swimming.At the foot of the Sunshine Rock is Shuzhang Garden with its picturesque scenery. The Forty-four Bridge spans over the water like a white dragon. What a beautiful picture!

Other people may have negative opinions. They think the job interview is not the right way of telling whether the interviewee is the right person, for luck may play a very important part. If the interviewer chances to have prepared well for the questions he is asked, his chances of being appreciated will be great. And if the enterprise chooses him, he may in time prove inefficient or incompetent.

　　Those people who are against the job interview say the traditional written exam is comparatively more objective and effective. I think there is nothing wrong with the job interview. But, it shouldn’t be the sole criterion for the final decision.
